BioI. I have a feeling (I haz a feelin!) I come off as this dry, jaded hipster, but in reality, I am a little affected by everything I see. I'm soft, day-dreamy and intensely spiritual, with a guilt complex that could crush mountains. In other words, I'd crack under military command. Think "Full Metal Jacket"....but with less jelly doughnuts.
II. A few more things about me, cause you're not getting off that easy. I'm naturally touchy feely/huggy kissy, so if you're one of those "OMG, personal space!" people, we probably won't mesh. I also lack the "Too Much Information!" gene (both in stating and reacting). I don't shave my armpits, prefer to be barefoot, am pagan, love a nice sturdy, huggable tree (preferably cedar, willow, or pine, minus the sap), and really, "hippie" is NOT the worst thing I've been called. I'm well on my way to crazy cat lady status; may as well embrace what can't be changed.
III. I'm Sicilian, German, Litvak (lithuanian jew), Austro-Hungarian, and Rroma Gypsy (think esmerelda from hunchback) by birth. I'm Egyptian by spirituality and heart.
IV. I've lived in Holbrook NY, North Babylon NY, Bensonhurst Brooklyn NY, Melbourne Beach FL, Malabar FL, Satellite Beach FL, and Plainsboro NJ, in that order. The last five moves were done only in the past three years. I am, among many things, a wandering soul.
V. I'm an inventory specialist at the Home Depot. This basically means: when you go up to the register with a shiny new lamp which states, "on sale for $9.44," only to have it ring up on the register as $26.99 - you can blame me :)
VI. I'm with a really sweet guy who lights up whatever room he's in, so sorry, boys - you've missed your turn ;)
